Humane Resources is a newsletter about leading the people who care for animals in research, veterinary medicine, shelters, and beyond. It's built on a simple idea: the quality of care animals receive depends on how we treat the people who provide it. Each issue offers practical, field-tested thinking on leadership, retention, burnout, and building a culture where good people stay.
